Microsoft 365 integration: email and calendar in your application

You already work with Outlook, Teams and the rest of Microsoft 365. We connect your website or application to it, so email, calendars and documents work together with your own systems automatically.

What is a Microsoft 365 integration?

Microsoft 365 is the suite with Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and more. Most companies use it daily — but separately from their website or business application. An integration brings those worlds together.

A few examples of what becomes possible:

  • Appointments booked by customers on your website appear directly in the right Outlook calendar
  • Your application sends emails neatly through your own Microsoft environment
  • Incoming emails are processed automatically: for example as a task or notification in your system
  • Staff availability on your site, straight from their calendars

Why Nettt?

We have built multiple email and calendar integrations with Microsoft 365, including internal tooling that reads and processes mailboxes and calendars automatically. We know the Microsoft APIs (Graph) and their security model from real projects.

That last part matters: an integration with your email and calendar has to be watertight. We configure access so the integration can only do what it needs to — nothing more.

Frequently asked questions

Usually yes, especially with Laravel applications. We review your situation free of obligation and tell you what is possible.

Yes, when configured properly. The integration runs through Microsoft''s official, secured APIs and only gets access to what is strictly needed. Your IT administrator can review and revoke access at any time.

That depends on the application: sending emails through your own environment is simpler than full calendar synchronisation. After a short conversation you get a clear quote.
